今日は創立記念日だか振替休日だかで授業が無いので、午後1時過ぎに起床。そして、午後4時半頃から午後7時頃まで昼寝。十分寝たはずなのだが体がだるくてやる気が起きなかったのだ。先週は肉体的にも精神的にも疲れたような気がする。
